spirit of fire II
The spirit of fire has explosive passionate energy, leaving lava trails in its wake.
The entire graffiti collection was inspired by the elements of nature. The artist collaborated with Chef Jahangir Mehta to create artwork that corresponds to food items. The series consists of elements: water, fire, air and earth. The goal is to help the viewer connect with the essence of nature. The artwork is first made with charcoal, followed by a process of crushing wax on to the paper and seeping dye within it; it similarly corresponds to the water of the river seeping into the soil (a process of nature).
